The product
What is FaultPilot?
FaultPilot is a field maintenance workflow for mining teams. It keeps the fault report, diagnostic evidence, Trace workflow and shift handover in one operating record.
Does it replace the site CMMS or EAM?
No. Those systems remain the system of record. FaultPilot captures what happens at the machine and makes the resulting fault record ready for the maintenance workflow you already use.
Trace guidance
How does Trace support fault finding?
Trace uses the fault report, machine context, relevant prior work and technical information enabled by the organisation to prepare a diagnostic workflow. It remains advisory, and qualified maintainers verify each action against machine documentation and site procedures.
What happens when the evidence is weak?
FaultPilot shows the available source coverage and can fall back to a clearly marked baseline when the evidence is thin. The maintainer remains responsible for verifying the next action.
Field use
Which devices are supported?
Supported devices, site configuration and connectivity conditions are confirmed during pilot scoping.
Does it work with low connectivity?
Low-connectivity work is part of the product direction. For each pilot, we validate the supported offline workflow, device configuration and preloaded information before site use. Do not rely on offline access for a safety-critical task unless it has been validated for that device and site.
Handovers and supervision
What does the incoming crew receive?
A continuous, attributed fault record showing work completed, evidence gathered, open checks and the next action. The fault story stays with the job when the shift changes.
What does the supervisor console show?
Supervisors see current work, ownership and handover readiness, then drill into the record created in the field. The console is for coordinating work, not tracking a maintainer's location or phone use.
Security and data
How is customer data protected?
The customer review covers data location, organisation scoping, access controls, encryption, provider processing, export, retention and deletion. The applicable controls and contractual position are confirmed during procurement.
How is model provider processing reviewed?
Provider processing, training, retention, export and deletion terms are reviewed during procurement and governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Pilot and commercial model
What does a 30-day pilot involve?
The pilot is a paid operating test at one site for one crew and an agreed workflow. The commercial terms, baseline and success criteria are confirmed in the proposal before kickoff.
What does ongoing pricing look like?
Ongoing pricing is confirmed in the proposal against the site, crew, fleet, product scope and integration work required.
